Unit Process Request Guide

  • STEP 01
    Website Registration
    • You can log in after completing the membership registration.
  • STEP 02
    Check Equipment Specifications
    • Check the specifications of the equipment you wish to use on the website.
  • STEP 03
    Process Request
    • Fill out and submit the process request form for the equipment you plan to use.
  • STEP 04
    Review & Consultation with Manager
    • The equipment manager will review the request and consult on the process if necessary.
  • STEP 05
    Equipment Reservation & Completion
    • Once consultation is complete, the manager will reserve the equipment and proceed with the process.
  • STEP 06
    Usage Record Entry & Settlement
    • After completion, the manager enters the usage record, and the process fees will be invoiced.
  • Check Equipment Information
    Use the UCRF (UNIST Central Research Facilities) website
  • Apply for Unit Process Process
    requests are made through the Equipment Use Request application on the UCRF website.

Guide to Applying for a Unit Process Request on the UCRF Website

Click ‘Request of Analysis’ or ‘Reservation’ on the Available Equipment List or the Detailed Equipment Information page.
